About the practice

A small practice, on purpose

Wylie and Associates is an outpatient behavioral health practice in Collinsville serving adults across the Illinois metro east.

How we work

What you can expect

[Draft copy — replace with the practice’s own history.]

We kept the practice small so that the people treating you can actually talk to each other. Therapists and prescribers here share one record and one internal conversation, which means a medication question does not become a two-week game of phone tag and a difficult week in therapy does not go unmentioned at your next med check.

We work with adults only. That focus is deliberate: adult outpatient care has its own rhythms, and doing one thing well beats covering every age group adequately.

What we believe about treatment

  • You are the one deciding what to work on. We bring options and clinical judgment, not a verdict.
  • A diagnosis is a tool for getting you the right treatment, not a description of who you are.
  • Medication is neither a shortcut nor a last resort. For some conditions it is the treatment; for others it is not indicated at all.
  • If we are not helping, that is worth naming out loud and changing course.

The team

Who you’d be working with

Every clinician here is independently licensed in Illinois. Bios and credentials below.

Needs real content. The cards below are structural placeholders. Replace each one with the clinician’s actual name, license type and number, training, and focus areas — and add a headshot if you have one. Do not publish these as written.

Where we are

Based in Collinsville, open to all of Illinois

Our business address is 118 S. Seminary Street in Collinsville, Madison County. It is where our mail and records live rather than somewhere you come — the practice has been fully online since the pandemic, and we have not brought in-person appointments back.

In practice that means geography stopped mattering. We see people from across the metro east and from parts of the state nowhere near it. If you are in Illinois and can find a private hour, you can be seen here.

In crisis? This office is not a 24-hour service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For urgent mental health support any time, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
