Therapy and psychiatry, one team.

Most adults who need both end up managing two practices, two schedules, and two versions of their own history. At Wylie and Associates, your therapist and your prescriber work from the same plan — and you attend from wherever you are.

What we offer

Two services, coordinated

We are an outpatient practice for adults. You can come to us for one service or both — and if you start with one and later need the other, you stay with the same team rather than starting over somewhere new.

Individual therapy

Weekly or biweekly sessions with a licensed clinician, working on what brought you in: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, stress that has stopped responding to the usual fixes.

30 to 60 minutes · By video

Psychiatric medication management

Evaluation, prescribing, and ongoing follow-up with a psychiatric provider. If you are already on medication, we can take over management and adjust from where you are.

By video · We do not prescribe controlled substances

Why it matters

Care that talks to itself

When therapy and prescribing happen at two separate practices, the coordination falls to you. You repeat your history. You relay one provider's question to the other. Nobody has the full picture at once.

  • Your therapist and prescriber share one record and can consult directly.
  • A medication change gets discussed in therapy the same week, not months later.
  • One phone number, one office, one place your records live.
  • No internal referral wait when you need to add the second service.

Getting started

What the first month looks like

  1. You reach out

Call the office or send the contact form. We ask what you are looking for, what insurance you carry, and where in Illinois you will be joining from.

  2. We match you and schedule

We place you with the clinician whose availability and focus fit your situation, then confirm your first appointment and send intake paperwork.

  3. First appointment

A longer session. Your history, what is happening now, and what you want to be different. You leave with a working plan, not a diagnosis handed down.

  4. You settle into a rhythm

Ongoing sessions at the cadence that fits. If medication becomes part of the plan, we schedule it internally — no outside referral, no repeating your story.

Practical details

The basics

Who we see
Adults 18 and older. We do not treat children or adolescents, and we are happy to point you toward practices that do.
How we meet
Every appointment is online. The practice moved fully to telehealth during the pandemic and has stayed there, so there is no waiting room and nowhere to drive to — you join by video from wherever you are.
Where you need to be
Anywhere in Illinois, in a private space with a reliable connection. You must be physically located in the state at the time of the appointment; that is a licensing rule, not a preference.
Business address
118 S. Seminary Street, Collinsville, IL 62234. This is our mailing and records address, not a clinic you visit.
Office hours
Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

In crisis? This office is not a 24-hour service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For urgent mental health support any time, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
